3cx Failover mode

Hello All,

Is there a way to tell why a server went from operational to failover to the backup server? I have a client using 2 Debian servers in AWS in 2 regions running 3cx v18 3 final sp1. The primary server failed over to the secondary server. The client would like to know why it went into failover,

The primary server is running in the same region as many other 3cx servers and the other servers experienced no issues.

Depends on what you've specified to trigger the failover then go from there.
