I have a mess. My Google cloud IP changed. So I cannot log into server. I tried using the new IP and the login console comes up, but it does not like my password. So here is everything I have tried. No Linux expert. I am using the latest version.
1. Tried Unzipping the 3CXScheduledBackup.zip, but got permission denied. I wanted to look at the xml file to find the password.
2. Cannot fine simple steps on how to do a backup and unzip that file? The 3CX docs are too complex
3. Did a forgot password and no email came thru.
4. Cannot open a support ticket without buying support.
A bit frustrated. So please help resolving my issue. I need to change the IP of the 3cx FDQN. or atleast recover the password and log into the console with the IP instead of the FDQN.
Thanks
