Since you have 2 phone systems, both should pass the firewall checker independently. You might be bridged to the main office but the firewall checker should still pass on the remote site. It makes no difference to the firewall checker if you have a bridge, or a trunk or not. The services stop before the test begins so any connections you might have are dropped. Each PBX will run the tests though it's own public IP so port forwarding should be done on both sides.
