3CX for windows wont start up anymore

Hi ,

We have installed new version V12,5 and we have a small issue.
on our workstation there we have installed 3CX for windows.
At V12 these application have worked 100%

now at V12,5 they all recieved an message that it need to be updated,
so press yes to update and after reboot the application wont start up anymore.

These are on all systems windows XP, 7 and 8

I have uninstalled it and reboot system, then installed and tried to startup
but no luck, any body have an solution for it ?

Hi there, Unfortunately Windows XP is not supported with 3CXPhone 12.5. The windows 7 and 8 clients should work though. Please open a support ticket so that we can have a look at these for you.
