Hi, I am evaluating "3CX FREE 10 Users" and I use SIP trunk from Telxi (supported provider) with two DIDs.

I have assigned each DID to a user, but all the incoming calls come to the default user.
So it seem to me that DID routing does not work.

DID numbers from Telxi portal look like 35725xxxxx1 and 35725xxxxx2.

But 3CX does not accept such format. Only +35725xxxxx1 or 0035725xxxxx1 or 25xxxxx1. Tried all those formats, no luck.
*25xxxxx1 is not accepted.

No way also to see anywhere in the log what is the actual DID format used in the call.

Tried to upgrade to 2 month free trial of Pro version - getting message "Subscription can not be upgraded further"

Appreciate your advise.

Thank you,

Sergios

Looks like Telxi's documentation says DIDs are presented in E.164 format so 35275xxxxxx format should be the right one. (see edit 2)

I tried adding that format to my own 3CX instance as a DID number for my trunk and 3cx accepted it, what does your instance do when you try?

* edit 1: oops I switched digits when testing ( 2<->7 ) but that wouldn't affect the result.
edit 2: oops E.164 should indeed have the +, however 3cx should accept the format without the +, so I'm still interested what your instance does when you try to enter that, whether or not it is the correct format that Telxi sends.

Hi, after I wrote this message, next day I tried again and magically, 3cx has accepted numbers without "+" and everything started to work. I can only guess someone from 3cx has read the message and intervened. The other issue I had after that - for the local CY<>CY calls, Telxi was stripping the country code (which is normal) but were adding "+" in front of the caller ID (not normal), so the local CY city prefix was interpreted as some African country code. I opened ticket with Telxi and they fixed it on spot. I was pleasantly surprised with Telxi support - they were replying and looking into issues almost real time. This is very rare nowdays.
