3CX Free Hosted SIP Trunk

Hello

Having registered a free hosted 3CX instance, i came upon some trouble with adding a SIP Trunk.

My VoIP / SIP Provider is in Belgium namely Proximus.
They are on the list of preferred / supported providers but i can't seem to select them in the dropdown menu:



I tried adding a trunk under a different provider but it wont register with the settings i filled in.

Is there something i'm missing that i can't select or find the Proximus trunk ?

No you can only use that provider with a dedicated instance. So you have to choose from the available ones if you want to use the free SMB

If I download an instance from the portal website for Linux, is there an option for a free trial for several days or a few weeks?
Or do I immediately need to pay for the license?

I would find a partner and have them issue a test license. Then you'll also have someone who can advise you on the setup.
