3CX Free Ring Groups timeout ?

Hello,
I am currently using the (new) free edition.
I wonder why the maximum ring time for a ring group in my case is 20 seconds knowing that it is explained here that the default ring time should be 60 seconds:

I am currently using an extension with the android app.
Is this normal ?

The Ring default ring time should be 60 seconds for the Free Edition. What is the behavior in your case? Does the call hang up or goes to the ring groups destination in no answer?

Actually if you create a Ring Group today the timeout will be 20. We changed it as many providers drop the call before the 60 seconds elapse so what you are getting is correct.

If I could jump on this question - in the Small Business edition (shared instance) can we change the timeout of a ring group to say 10 seconds instead of 20? I can't see how to customise this at all in the webclient, which is all I have access to with a shared instance.

The ring timeout cannot be changed in the SMB edition. The 20 seconds are fixed for now

OK that's a huge gotcha. Does that apply to all extension and queue timeouts as well? 20 seconds, fixed.

For Queues you can change the Queue waiting time but not the polling time .For extensions, you can use the forwarding rules of each extension and set the timeouts from there.

OK, I see that the waiting time minimum is 15 seconds for queues, but there doesn't appear to be a minimum for extensions. It's a bit limiting at this stage - is there a plan to introduce more timeout options to shared instances?
