Hi,

we was looking for a specific number and the only provider have it is Videotron, they says they will be able to connect it to ur 3CX system, is it possible with the free version or we will need to upgrade ur licence ?

Thanks

The providers that can be linked to a 3CX free edition are restricted to preferred and supported providers. To add a provider that is not supported by 3CX, you will have to have a dedicated Professional or Enterprise edition key.

You'll need Pro/Enterprise, preferably self-hosted, to use Videotron.

However, man, don't use Videotron. Use a true SIP provider. I'm in QC, I would never use them. Even Bell is better.

VoiceMeUp, VoIP.ms, and others are specialized at this and also supported by 3CX.

You can stick to Hosted by 3CX, but your trunk won't be supported by them.

Just make sure you have the Generic provider options.

Yes you can. They're great to work with, we use them all the time.
