3CX Free upgade to 3CX Pro 20 - Unable to Login

I have just upgraded from the free version to the paid 20 uer version, and now unable to login.

The Password reset does not work.

Where is your pbx installed? Did you tried to login with the system owner account? Is your mal address unique?
