3cx Free with GOIP 1 integration

Hi ,

Anyone have an idea to configure GOIP 1 with 3cx free version ? I am trying to configure it and once I configure 3cx console IP and authentication details in GOIP as a single server mode or trunk mode. Both way my public IP getting blocked by 3CX cloud.

MY GOIP device is in my home network and 3cx is free cloud

Appreciate if anyone can help me on this

Hi Guillaume,

Thanks for the reply. But my issue is different, Once I configured authentication in GOIP, 3CX is blocking my public IP of home router. Because GOIP is behind my home router.

The issue you're experiencing is likely the first of many more to come.

Regardless, make sure that the username and password used in the GEOIP device match the Authentication ID & password in the trunk gateway.

I have checked user name password in GOIP and also in 3CX under sip trunk. It's same how ever still my ip getting block
I am just sending my GOIP settings if you can please check anything wrongs with it and let me know.

How do you intend to use GOIP?

As a service provider for 3CX or as a device to which you will connect a analog phone?

My purpose is to connect GOIP as SIP trunk to 3CX. I need to call local numbers using this sip trunk/GSM gateway. In that case if I am not mistaken, it's as a service provider to 3CX

So, the endpoint type should not be SIP PHONE.
You should have a different type for Trunk mode ..

The 3CX SMB ( xxxx.3cx.cloud ) version (free or paid) does not allow the use of a generic trunk.

I'm not sure where you are retrieving your ID and password from, but it is clearly not the correct ID.

You have selected Telxi SIP Trunk. In your case, it's not Telxi; you are looking to use a generic trunk, which is not available in the version you are using.
