3CX Free with Yealink SIP T53W

We don't normally create accounts or put clients on the free version, but we had a client that has one person. We put him on the 3CX free, but had no success provisioning the Yealink SIP-T53W phone on that system. Is there a problem with using that phone with the free version? We tried it as an SBC/Router phone, and tried to upgrade the firmware, but no success.

This should not be a problem as soon as this is provisioned as router phone.
Was the firmware updated to the latest prior the provisioning?

It was updated to the latest per the 3cx site. It does show as an SBC Router Phone in the User account and the SBC area. But we tried to let it go without the provisioning URL and with the provisioning URL, but no luck either way.

It is an SMB Free 10 License.

1. First upgrade firmware to 96.86.0.81 which is the current latest on our site and confirm the upgrade
2. The add it to 3CX
3. Finally factory reset.

If done in this specific order it will provision automatically and you don't need to input any URLs.
