3CX get null value from Zoho Desk WebURL

Hi,

3CX popup isnt working due to a null value for WebUrl.

Have attached the log.

When a new number comes in, Zoho Desk creates a contact and 3CX creates its contact but popup isnt working.

If I call second time, popup works and the error "Unknown path element: data. Null value is returned." does not appear.
