3CX Going to sleep on Andriod

I am having a problem where on my 3cx app on my Android phone when it shuts the screen off or locks the phone the 3cx disconnects from the server and looks like it
goes to sleep. once you bring the screen back up or unlock the phone the 3cx works 100% again. HELP please I am missing important calls. Is there a way to prevent this from happening.

This behaviour was changed a few releases back, to save power. The App would no longer be registered constantly, it would rely on Push to awake, register, then ring, on an incoming call.
