3CX - Grandstream GXP2110 Ringtone problem

Hello,

We have 5 Grandstream 2110 phones with 3CX.
3 of them ring when there is an external call.
I have tried all day to make them have the same ringtone, but nothing helps (logging in UI, System management console). 2 out of 3 keer having the same (annoying 'you have a call from..') ringtone.

Could anyone tell me how to do this?

Within 3CX management, Phones - Phone Provisioning

What are the settings for Default Ring Tone, and Queue ringtone - do the phones have the same settings

If you made any changes, Select the Phone under Phones, and click on the 'Reprovison' tab

Via the system managemenent console I chose under 'Configure Queue ringtone': Custom Ring Tone 2.
Then I did 'Reprovision'

After that I did the following in the UI:

After that I did the following in the UI:

1. in advanced settings: Custom ringtone 1 : external ; Custom ringtone 2: queue ; Custom ringtone 3: ivr.
2. in Accounts: Account rintone: custom ringtone 2.

After that I did a reboot.

Same problem occurs: ringtones are custom ringtone 1..

In addition: in the UI under accounts: after the reboot the Account ringtone jumps back to 'system ringtone'..
