Solved 3cx host unreachable - Machine is not reachable.

Hi. Im hosted in Singapore and as far as I can see my hosting is still up
Current Status:Running
Location:Singapore 1 (sgp1)
Hosting Expires:in 6 months

But yet we can't connect to it and cannot make phone calls in and out as well.

It is showing that the host is unreachable. Please assist.Its urgent, my entire business team is not functioning now due to this.

@casium as we can see machine has been recovered. We have already sent you 3 emails from the hosting team to confirm this for us around 50 min ago. Can you confirm ?

As per our ticket conversation, after the immediate migration of the instance, everything is up and running and issue is now resolved. Therefore we will proceed with closing this thread.
