We are currently has a hosted 3cx system which works fine.
on site we have 2 networks, 1 is a admin and another is staff. the SBC is installed on the staff network. The admin phone are unable to connect to the SBC on the Staff network. what port do we need to allow between the 2 network so the handset on the admin network can register with the SBC and connect to the hosted phone system?
the other issue we are having, when someone from the admin network call the staff network handset, we are getting no audio, which ports so we need to allow between the 2 network so all works as it should?
