3cx hosted admin backend can't open

3cx hosted admin backend can't open in my city，my other self hosted can open, Strangely, people from other cities can open. What the cause of this problem？

SSH access isnt available in 3CX Hosted

Access has been restored again, maybe it's a firewall issue? But in the end, I didn't figure out why.

Do you have console restrictions configured in 3CX, to allow/block by IP?
