3CX Hosted Demo DNS hijacked

I am trying to figure out how to edit my DNS record or recover my server as it has been hacked and now I can't do anything with it. There are no links that I can find to do anything about this. Can anyone help me out here. My phones are down and I can't make any progress.

how long has it been since you made a call from the demo system?

How do you know it was hacked? @3cxub is asking how long since you used it as 3CX automatically shuts down instances after a period of inactivity.

Please send me a p.m. with your FQDN so we can check the status of the machine and see if the instance was deleted or perhaps there was an IP change
