Solved 3CX Hosted Instance Deleted

Only just been informed by a customer that their phones aren't working and looks like its been deleted due to not meeting the call requirements on the free version.

I've tried to use the restore option in the portal but get "Something went wrong. Please try again later or contact support".

Is there anything else I need to do to get this back online? Plan to get them upgraded once back online as its the second time its been suspended.

Normally you can "unpark" it from the Portal. Under Systems>the key there should be a place that shows the machine status.

Thanks, yeah that has done the trick. Its now back up and running.
