Solved 3CX Hosted instance failed to upgrade from v16 to v18

Hi,

I tried to upgrade my hosted instance from v16 to v18 but it seems something went wrong.
Now the server is running but OS hasn't been upgraded and 3CX is dead in it.

I've sent an email to [email protected] but I'm not sure this is the correct address.

Hi @Quentin D, we are aware about the upgrade failure, and we are currently investigating further to address the issue.

@Quentin D as per our conversation on the ticket, issue has been identified in one Repo which is not 3CX related.
Since your PBX is up and running and there are no issues for its operation, lets stick to the ticket conversation we have so I will close this thread here..
