3CX Hosted pro server, Wrong Call Reports time

Hello, we have an issue with the call reports timing i did setup the hosted server to use the +2 GMT and did a server restart its still on +00GMT, How can i fix this if i have no control over the hosting timezone ?

Think 3CX have done something with time zones, today all our phones in London are showing time of 10:22 when its actually 11:22 until Sunday when BST ends this Sunday

Hi @alvo4p,

Please note that when a Call Report is generated, the time shown will based on the time of the PC that you are generating the reports from and not the time of the server.
For example if the Server time is 14:00(GMT+2) and the PC that you use to generate the reports is 12:00(GMT+0), the time of the reports will be based on GMT+0.
Can you confirm that is indeed this in your case?
