Solved 3CX Hosted Server Won't Shutdown

Hi,

We moved our server to a VPS that was installed manually and now the IP address has changed back to the 3CX server that is hosted by 3CX, I can't see anyway to shutdown the 3CX hosted server or to let you know in the customer portal that we no longer need it?

This is causing downtime to our 3CX server because of the FQDN being changed back to the 3CX hosted server from our VPS.

I've enabled the STUN setting on my 3CX hosted on my VPS and it seems to have changed the IP to the correct one, but is there anything else I can do to get the old server shutdown?
