Good Morning,

Quick question. With the hosted 3CX in the Cloud, we require root level access to install our third party tools. Is this available to us?

Hi @DrainBamaged,

on Hosted by 3CX instances, you do not have root-level access.

 

[VoIPTools]

3CX's hosted service does not permit the installation of any 3rd party tools, or even their own Call Flow Designer. If you need any customization that cannot be done through the 3CX console, you will need to find a different hosting partner for your 3CX instance. There are good alternatives including Amazon, Google, Azure and others.
