3CX Hosted, Upgrade from V18 to V20 fails

Hello all,

I am trying to upgrade from V18 to V20 my 3cx hosted PBX and it fails even if double checked all the steps in the checklist. I get an error
Your 3CX Debian OS failed to update
3CX Phone System Management Console ID: 10012

I know that a possible solution is to delete and recreate but it is not possible because of the high volume of iphones i have to re-reconfigure in a short time.Is there any other way to upgrade it?Can anyone help me?

Did the admin get an email with a "debian10to12.log" file attached? That might point you in the right direction on what it is getting stuck on.

Is an email configured in Management Console under Settings >> Email >> Notifications?

yes all notifications are enabled

do a backup and redeploy. Nothing to reconfigure.
