Solved 3cx hosted V18 to V20 process /

Hello Everyone
Hope everyone is doing well and thanks for your time for this checking out. Just wondering if anyone has so for upgraded from V18 to V20 hosted by 3cx Instance yet ? Wondering how long roughly it takes for instance like with 1 trunk and less 10 users with no recoding or any other fancy feature on. Thanks in advance and have a good weekend

Hi there.
Since this 3CX is hosted, it should be a fast and smooth upgrade, and should not take you long. Do that out of office hours and always for your safety, keep a backup of the system.

ok great, I just upgraded a few, and took about just over 15 minutes, The beauty is that this process once you hit the UPGRADE button, takes a backup and also rescues the backup and sends you an email. Thanks
