I am wondering for 3CX Hosted PABX, Can we have option of hosted server in Australia?
What hosted provider 3CX use for those instance ? Is it Vultr ?

let's say if i use as 3CX hosted, and if i want to reboot 3CX hosted instance for troubleshoot, Do i have that option by myself to reboot anytime i want without contacting 3CX, like what we do in self managed hosted vendor like LightSail for basic troubleshoot ?

Australia are hosted in Vultr or DigitalOcean. One or the other doesn't matter, they're both good down there.

Yes, Hosted gives you options to park or reboot the instance from your customer portal. Anything else will require the 3CX Support.
