We have recently onboarded a new customer that was previously on 3cx v18 and have moved them on to V20. With this upgrade has come some teething issues, one being that a couple of users used to be able to press 'F11' after highlighting a number and it would copy the number to into their 3cx app. This would then call out through their desk phone. Checking through the Windows App store version, this hot key option is not present as it was in previous versions.
Does anyone from 3CX know why this was removed and if it will be introduced in future versions? Of course, the user could still just Ctrl + C, Ctrl + V numbers into the app but they were hoping this function would move across to the latest version.
Does anyone have a workaround for this?
