3CX IBX software and license key.

Hi,

We are currently testing the software as we are actively looking to purchase this system. So far we are satisfyed with it, however the demo key that was mailed to us and which we were informed would open up all funktions but limits the system to 2 simultanius calls, is not opening up the all funktions. For example, we are not able to test the call recording funktion, which is very important to us. Is there any way we can obtain a temporary key so we can test all funktions thouroghly before deciding on purchasing this system.

This is urgent as the decision regarding purchase will be made within 1 week.

In version 5.1 Call Recording could be activated during a call only from Snom phones (using 'Record' button), or from 3CX VoIP Client.
Version 6 will have also possibility to record all calls to/from specific extension by setting an option for the extension.
