3CX image using C5.Xlarge not available closest thing now is t3.xlarge

My previous VM was built using AMI image ami-06102304c2e1ac42a 4vCPU,4GB but that image is no longer available and I had to use ami-059a3a034b1398056 , 4VCPU 8GB, which does not let me select a C5.xlarge.

This is about 30% more expensive. Is there a way to select the C5 instance size

The goal is to select a 4vCPU, 4GB RAM. However the AMI will not allow this option
