Hi, i'am trying to set up a 3cx version 16 on google cloud using an Gigaset n510 IP on my local lan. I've added the n510 ip and
it's says
Provisioning Method local lan in the office
Provisioning Link: http://10.xxx.0.2/provisioning/o8abwl8ftujx/xxxxx0875E2D.xml

10.xxx.0.2 is the internal nic(0) of google not the outside ip. I don't have any clue how to acces this file from the n510.

Any help from anyone would be greatly appreciated .

Hello @marvonn

The 3CX guide about Gigaset N510 mentioned it's not working with SBC or STUN so not with Cloud 3CX :/

I assume you are attempting to use STUN, and don't have the set behind an SBC.An SBC would be the best way to go especially if you plan on using more than one extension/handset on the base as you may encounter audio issues using STUN. If that is the case, then you may have to manually provision. There have been a number of posts on getting Gigasets working manually. I've done about 6 consumer base stations myself.
The GUI of many of the Gigasets is somewhat similar...

I was more clever in July.. :')

Another solution create a site to site vpn between your office and the cloud server - then you provision the phones as 'local lan'

Site to Site VPN definitely required for Gigaset (if connected remotely) you will need to bolt on a software firewall to your Google instance to achieve this.

Another reason (and I am not aware if this issue is fixed or not) but I believe it used to be that Gigaset would sent their authentication credentials (username/password) in plain text, not something you want going out directly to the internet.

Again I would of hoped (as it was a few years ago) that they have sorted this now.

Not sure if DL link is working properly, got this
13710

It did work yesterday, not today.

@aws2p

Correct. I removed the file. Do you need it?

I not a need for now , but if it's possible to DL it, just wanted to keep it in case of use and also to make a try on a demo pbx

It's back on line now.
