3CX integration MicrosoftDynamicsCRM (client side)

Hello colleagues!
We want to do client side integration with MicrosoftDynamics. But when an incoming call does not open MicrosoftDynamicsCRM.
3CX client settings:
License version 15.5.0. (Linux).

MicrosoftDynamicsCRM settings:
URL for MicrosoftDynamics https://softlistllc.crm4.dynamics.com
Instance Web API https://softlistllc.api.crm4.dynamics.com/api/data/v9.1

I choose Office 365 method.
I enter user name and password
Location: EMEA

I know that now there is server integration. But the customer basically wants to use through the Windows Client.
Please help.

This integration is deprecated. If you have problems, you should check the logs from "%AppData%\3CXPhone for Windows\Logs", we can't provide any help on this one.
