3CX INTEGRATION WITH ACQUAINT CRM

Morning
Does anyone have any experience of reliable / stable integration between 3CX hosted and Acquaint CRM (estate agency).
Simple integration such as click to dial and screen pop of caller details.
This would be using TAPI
Customer has O365 environment.
Some feedback of experiences would be good prior to trialling or installing if anyone has come across this before?

If using TAPI, you will be very limited. The CRM isn't cloud-based?

3CX has a TAPI driver, but it's very limited (not a full TAPI implementation). If you want to try it, you need to install the 3CX Client for Windows (from the Windows store), and install the driver from Settings:
