3cx integration with Alcatel OXO using Bridges

Hi,

I am trying to interface a 3cx system with alcatel oxo connect.

I have created a bridge with the alcatel pbx and I can call the alcatel extension without problem.

However when the alcatel extension call 3cx extension I get 404 error. If alcatel calls without sending me the extension number the call comes through but without caller id.

In addition I want to use 3cx for making external calls from alcatel.

I have created a sip trunk on the 3cx but calls cannot be routed to the outbound trunk of the 3cx.

I think I am missing something on the bridge.

Have you created an outbound rule to push calls down the bridge ,

Hi, the outbound rules are created correctly.

I would run a wire shark and see what is going on. It would seem a contact field is not being populated or populated incorrectly.
