3cx integration with whatsapp

I am integrating 3cx with a client's WhatsApp, and the administrator user was given permissions that do not follow the documentation, but when we generate a new token it does not allow changes, when creating another user as administrator, it seems that there should only be one administrator user, Could you help me with what can be done? Can we delete or change permissions? or delete this user and create a new one?
