3cx integration Zoho desk work it?

we have 3cx v18 and we're having a lot of trouble getting it to work even with official Zoho support. Basically Zoho Desk doesn't generate call logs, does anyone use it successfully?

Have you configured all the settings in 3CX correctly? Including the "match X number of digits"?
