3cx ip blacklist export feature bug

Dear Team,

i have 3cx on promise and in that box directly i would like to block ip addresses outside of my country so to management portal or for sip phones can connect from within the country.

so i got the ip ranges from this site
https://lite.ip2location.com/sri-lanka-ip-address-ranges

they offer in multiple formats

i checked 3cx documention here : https://www.3cx.com/docs/allow-deny-ip-addresses/

and in 3cx admin portal under security - > IP Blacklist you import/export a json but the issue is when i select all below and export its only exporting one ip range and not the entire list.

i believe its a bug and i would like to know how to get it fixed ?

tick all checkboxes BEFORE exporting ?

Looks like it exports only the entries added to the blacklist, and skips all of the "Console Restriction added from Management Console" entries.

yeah exactly, now only figured it out, it should at least inform users about it,
