3CX IPhone app Setup

Hi Everyone,

I'm trying to enable the 3CX IPhone app for my staff to use externally, but keep running into road blocks.

The IPhone's register, and i'm able to dial out. But i do not hear the person speaking (they can hear me)

Any suggestions?

Have ports 5060-5061, 5090 and 9000-9049 going to my server.

You do realize that there is a separate 3CX iPhone forum?
Are you attempting to run over WiFi or 3G? Do you have STUN enabled?

The SIP contact address is probably sending the internal address of the 3CX server.
