3CX issue after upgrade

Hi,

We have an issue where we are getting issue with v18, its erroring out saying, "3cx the pbx does not accept the sbc authentication key id"

I have found this article which is similar however I can't add to it due to it being old

Hi kash,

I'd like to help but I am unsure of the problem. In the thread you referenced, it was due to custom certificates. Is that still related to your issue?

What do you mean by "I can't add to it due to it being old?"
