3CX issue today ?

3cx have isszue today ? outgoing call not working, incoming yes.
and problem with login to console, user not existing !

As checked there is no issue on the installation.
Keep in mind that you need to login at least once per month in the web interface to avoid been deleted.

Thank you for checking this, I appreciate it.

Noted regarding the need to log in at least once per month — I already have a reminder set up for this.

However, I’m currently unable to recover my password. It’s possible that I made a mistake and accidentally removed the original administrator email address associated with my 3CX account.

Could you please let me know if it’s possible to restore or reassign the original administrator email, or otherwise recover access to the account?
