Hello, we would like to know if it is possible to integrate Jira Service Management cloud to 3CX.

JSM cloud uses OAuth 2.0 for REST API authentication.

How can we do all this? and what are the limitations?

Note: Please don't mind the system I've placed since it is only a trial, and I am aware we need a professional key.

May I know where we can get the API of 3CX? Is it publicly available? Or do you need the Dedicated Pro with Professional license to get the API?

3CX doesn't have an API but it can integrate with other APIs using the link posted by @edossantos above.

Thank you. We are actually also planning to integrate 3CX using tray.io. So in this case, we can try and trigger it via webhook. Is webhook available for 3CX?

Not exactly. You might need to use the custom URL opening in 3CX DesktopApp/Webclient to trigger this.

The CRM integration is very specific for CRMs.

I see, so since we are going to integrate Jira Service Management into 3CX, and in Jira, we use a 3rd party add-on called Atlas CRM to place our customers information there. So basically it’s integrated to Jira.

This Atlas CRM has an API documentation as well: https://avisi-apps.gitbook.io/atlas-crm-cloud/admin settings/api/endpoints

Can we use this to integrate with 3CX using the template generator?

You'll need to build the template using the wizard and then modify it to do what you want.

Thank you.
Correct me if I’m wrong but the CRM integration only works if the plan is Dedicated PRO or ENTERPRISE with Professional (not standard) license, right?

That is correct. Standard doesn't include the CRM integration.

Can we get like a 15 day trial version of dedicated pro and a professional license just to test if everything we will be building in the template for CRM integration works?

This will be a trial and error and we need a test instance for 3CX that is possible to do the CRM integration.

If you are a partner, you can talk to your account manager to get a PoC. Otherwise, if you're a customer, you'll need to reach out to a 3CX partner so they can do that for you.
