3cx keeps failing over to passive server

Hi we have a system two servers on Linux and both on ver 18.0 build 4 that keeps failing over to the passive server and we dont know why and where to look to see whats causing this. Can anyone shed any light on this?

It's usually that the passive server lost the heartbeat to the active server, so maybe
-Was there a network drop between the 2 boxes?
-Maybe the primary box was rebooted for updates and took longer then check time
-Maybe the passive box was rebooted and not set back to passive

Where do I look in the logs to see what happen, the passive server says active when this happen.
