3cx language problem

We're using 3cx phonesystem professional Edition.
But it has some korean language problem.

1. In extension, phonebook menu when I use Import csv, unrecognized korean character like attached file. So I can't use import and export.

2. In 3cx iphone app, When I use chat, keybord only shows english, So i can't use chat with my team. Could I solve this problem?

Hi there,
Regarding your CSV issue ensure that it has been saved in UTF-8 encoding. Then let us know if issues persists.
Regarding the 3CXPhone for iPhone this issue is confirmed and should be fixed with upcoming release.
