Hello

Can someone confirm what happens to a 3CX system when the licence expires? Does it go into a read only state or have any grace periods etc.

Depending on the edition, PRO and ENT will drop to the free version and you'll lose features associated. If you're on the free version, and providing you're on v20 and have the license details registered, you'll still be able to use the free version on premise. Otherwise, i'd look to move to hosted 3cx.

Kindly note that there is no grace period for expired 3CX subscriptions and it will be important to renew subscription before the expiry date to secure a robust system functioning and avoid disruptions otherwise the PBX will stop to operate as it should.
