3CX License Failed to activate

Hi All,

I'm having problem with the 3CX license activation, I have 2 servers, 1 running 3CX version 11 and the other 1 running 3CX version 12. I switched their license, the one running version 12 activated, but the version 11 failed. What could be the problem? Thanks! Please see the attached screeenshot.

Hi there,
licenses running v11 can activated on v12 if their maintenance is not expired.
licenses running v12 cannot be activated on v11 by themselves, you will need to call your regional representative to request a downgrade to v11.
