3CX license upgrade and renewal

Hi,

I'm currently running my first year free 3CX (Self managed - 3CX PRO 4 SC), I have 10 days to the expiry date and I want to renew my license but also upgrade to 3CX PRO 8 SC.

Now my silly question

If I upgrade my license right now, does my license also renews for another year or I have to pay for this renewal separately?
