3CX Limited Simultaneous calls

Hi!

May i ask what will happen if 3CX accepts more than its limited simultaneous call to handle? For example i purchased the enterprice edition having 32 simultaneous calls but the calls offered to me during live production happens to be 100 calls. what will be the scenario? Thanks in advance for sharing your experties

On the 33rd call, the server status will report that the max. number of simultaneous calls allowed has been exceeded. Till one of the 32 calls terminates, no further calls will come in.

Is the person notified why? by 3cx?
can an 3cx admin be emailed or something?

The person is not notified... The only notification is in the server status log.

I guess you make a valid point though and this should go down as a feature request.
