Here is how to check voicemail for another extension
1) Check voicemail on another extension from office ext/phone
a. Press voicemail button (envelope or recording icon) or dial 999.
b. Press the # key when prompted for the pin number.
c. Enter the extension number when prompted
d. Enter your pin number when prompted followed by #.
2) Check voicemail on another extension from outside the office
a. Dial the main business tel. line.
b. Dial 999 when the queue or IVR welcome recording is playing (if there is not a welcome message you may need to add one or config DID to EXT 999).
c. Enter the extension number when prompted.
d. Enter your pin number when prompted followed by #.
3) Configure voicemails to be emailed to a distribution list
a. Configure the email distribution list and add the authorized recipients.
b. In the 3cx console, go to extensions or users.
c. select the ext/user and add the email address of the distribution list.
d. Select Voicemail tab and change "Email Options"
c. Save changes and test changes.
4) Configured 3cx app for different extension.
a) Access voicemail for different extension using the webclient, Windows/Mac app or Mobile app.
