Hi,
We have our 3CX behind a firewall so only the office and users with VPN can access it. I found that 3CX also supports instant calling where we can drop a "call us" link to our website for customers to initiate instant calls.
My question would be how the traffic gets routed in that case? For such integration does it mean that 3CX needs to be wide open to allow instant calls from customers or can it be initiated from the website itself so we only need to whitelist the website's IP?
Thanks in advance!
