3CX Live Chat in other then WP "problems"

Hello,
I install in Joomla Live Chat fro 3CX. Its working but I have few problems :
1. When extension that is connected into Live Chat is offline the message box is in English


Can I translate somehow ?

2. When I talk with guest that is on the page, session is closing when user click to next page of my www service for example when I say to user how to work with page and he click some internal link to see if that works

3. Its possible to redirect to other extension all chats if my extension is offline ?

1. All texts are translated as part of the package and the translations are enabled based on the language of the browser. Currently, we do not provide the option to the users to customize those translations.

2. This is by design. We are looking at it internally. What you can do though at the moment is to enable the pop-out. As a result that window will not be affected by the redirection of the user.

3. Let me put down some thoughts. As an end-user I get the offline form. I submit my details. Let's say that we provide the routing of those chats to a different extension. That extension will not be in position to get in conversation with the user. As a result, what will be the benefit of such a redirection? Please share with me your thoughts.

1. I have polish web browser and get English text ;-(
2. thanks, but its not nice solution (window is not modern)
3. The same as redirection of extension in 3CX. For example when I'm offline the window on the web page is offline, but I need to change user without changing html code of my page each time and even without login into 3CX phone system management console (in most cases user is not permitted to do that) and person that get Live Chat do it occasionally when it's rely unexpected situation. I do not use queues.
