Solved 3cx live chat not take into account the time zone with the chat operating hours.

Hello, I have the following problem with the chat in wordpress.
I have set the chat operation hours in the plugin, and it works well only with people who open the web in the same time zone. I work with people who are in other countries and with other time zones. And I have problems with them because the chat doesn't appear when I'm during operating hours, or it appears when I'm not.
Please could you give me some solution. Thank you.

Could you explain exactly the situation with the Timezones?

The Operating Hours you configure in the plugin are based on the time/Timezone that Wordpress is set to.

Example, the following Wordpress is set to a GMT+2 Timezone, the current time is 10:33 and the Operating Hours are 09:00-11:00:


This means that if a Web Visitor accesses my website who is in a GMT+2 timezone, the chat will be available between 09:00-11:00.

Now if a Web Visitor is in a GMT+0 TZ (e.g. London), if they access the website at 10:00 in their timezone, it means that it is outside the Operating Hours, because 10:00 GMT+0 = 12:00 GMT+2.

Hello, thank you very much for the answer, I just checked and you are right, the plugin works perfectly with time zones.
It seems that the problem that I am suffering is with clients that have their time zone configured correctly, but for some reason, they have the wrong time on their computer, for example their clock is a few minutes behind.
This causes that the chat button to appear on the web, but there is actually no operator on the other end. But I understand that there is no solution for this. Thanks a lot.
